Purchase terms

By Numbers sells personalised numerology readings for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The purchaser must provide accurate birth details and have authority to provide details for anyone else included in an order. A paid order is accepted when payment is confirmed.

E-Books are personalised PDF products delivered to the purchaser's email after production and any necessary review. Printed editions of The Complete You, Who You Are, and Your Year include the print-ready PDF E-Book, delivered by email and available for download in the purchaser's account after the book PDF is validated. Printed books are shipped to the address entered at checkout. The product page and checkout show the selected format, price, applicable tax and shipping before payment. Online reading access is tied to the named profile. An E-Book and printed edition of the same reading unlock the same online content; buying both may duplicate that access. A printed-book purchase is charged at its full displayed price, even if the E-Book or online access is already owned.

Your Year online access is for the year selected at checkout. The Complete You, Who You Are, and Your Year include only the online sections described at checkout. Free content remains available without purchase. Purchasing a different format does not broaden the online entitlement.

Monthly Numerology renews monthly at the price shown in Stripe checkout until cancelled. On signup, the current calendar month's guidance and online access are included free after the first payment is confirmed; that first payment covers the following calendar month. Each later successful monthly payment covers the next calendar month. The current month's email is sent after signup payment; later emails are sent on the published monthly schedule while the subscription is active. Site access is granted for the free signup month and each paid month, not every past or future month. Cancellation stops future renewals; access for already granted months remains subject to the applicable access rules. Payment methods and cancellation can be managed in the customer portal.

Your Year digital annual membership is charged immediately for the selected start year and renews on the purchase anniversary. Each successful payment includes that named year’s e-book, online annual and twelve monthly readings, and monthly guidance emails for covered months. Each renewal buys the next named year, even if that calendar year has already begun. Purchased years remain available after cancellation. New website digital purchases from product pages and account pages include the same e-book and online benefits. Five Core Numbers is online access only. Printed Your Year memberships and existing subscriptions retain their recorded renewal schedules; printed memberships renew on 1 December for the following year’s edition. A Book membership includes one printed book and its E-Book per paid edition year; a Digital membership includes its E-Book. The delivery address saved on a Book membership at the time its renewal order is created is used for that edition. The purchaser must update it before renewal if it changes. The annual membership replaces any active paid Monthly Numerology subscription for the same profile once the annual purchase succeeds, so the customer is not billed for both services.

The purchaser may cancel an annual membership through the customer portal before its next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not undo an edition already purchased. Except where required by applicable law or where the product is damaged, defective, materially different from the accepted order, or cannot be supplied as promised, an annual renewal is non-refundable merely because the purchaser forgot or failed to cancel before the renewal date. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Because printed books are personalised, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If a book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the accepted order, email hello@bynumbers.co promptly with the order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If an E-Book is not delivered or has a production defect, contact us so we can correct or redeliver it. If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within the period required by applicable law where no time was stated, we will notify you and offer the required choice to accept a delay or cancel for a refund. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms for future purchases, but the version accepted for an order or subscription remains recorded with that purchase. These terms are governed by Delaware law, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
