Privacy

We use information you submit to provide readings, create purchased profiles and fulfil support requests. Birth details are treated as personal information and are not placed in Stripe metadata.

If you choose to use profile chat, the authorised readings for your selected profile and your conversation messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Conversations are saved in your By Numbers account so you can return to them across devices. You can delete individual conversations in the app or request account deletion. AI replies can be mistaken; numerology is offered as a framework for reflection rather than scientific prediction.

Essential cookies support security, login, checkout and remembering privacy choices. Orders are recorded regardless of optional analytics choices. We use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources and purchases, and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and recordings of public pages. Analytics is optional and separate from email marketing. We request permission before enabling it for visitors identified as being in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Türkiye or Québec. We also request permission for Canadian visitors when their province is unknown. Elsewhere analytics starts automatically unless you have declined or sent a Global Privacy Control signal. The automatic default also applies if location lookup fails. Location is estimated using hosting-provider IP geolocation and may be inaccurate. Text is masked in recordings; we do not send birth details, names, email addresses, private readings or sign-in links as analytics events. A pseudonymous browser identifier links eligible visits to purchases, including payments confirmed by Stripe after you leave the site. You can decline or withdraw using Privacy choices on public pages. Withdrawing stops future collection and cancels pending purchase measurement for that identifier; it does not remove data already sent to providers. Your choice lasts up to 180 days.

Marketing messages are only permitted where separate consent has been given. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
