Shipping & returns

Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom and United States. Any available delivery estimate, tax and shipping charge are shown before payment.

Printed books are personalised, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If yours arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your accepted order, email hello@bynumbers.co promptly with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within the period required by applicable law where no time was stated, we will notify you and offer the required choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. Your statutory rights are not limited.
